Our new custom metal fabricating facility has opened and is prepared to turn your unique ideas into metal! Whether it be a residential or commercial application, no job is too big or too small! We specialize in stainless steel, copper, brass, zinc, aluminum, and mild steel.
Our History

Years
A new beginning
With over 35 years experience in products such as: Counter tops, sinks, hoods, back splashes, railings, metal architectural features (i.e: reception desks, crown mouldings, base board and trim, signage or artwork). We fabricate custom commercial kitchen equipment as well.
We are also capable of site welding and modifications for commercial kitchens.
Rob Lysons is excited to resume in the industry that is his passion. He has been in the sheet metal industry all his life. Rob started his apprenticeship in the mid 80's through his fathers business Martin Plumbing and Heating. In the fall of 1986 he moved to Edmonton and started his career in the custom metal business. Rob finished his apprenticeship with McKinley and Taylor and continued to work for them until 1999. Rob started his own business called Alberta Custom Metal Fabricators in 1999.
In January of 2016, Rob transitioned out of Alberta Custom Metal Fabricators as owner and continued on as an employee for a year.
So, now the new chapter begins... A R L fabricating!

Our Company
Rob Lysons
Rob is the owner and lead craftsman in the company. He has a passion for creating with metal and continues to push the boundries between utilitarian metal working and works of art.
Has been in the sheet metal industry since the mid 80's and in the fall of 1986 he moved to Edmonton and started his career in the custom metal business. Rob started his own first business in 1999.
In 2017 he opened A R Lysons Enterprises in Wainwright, Alberta
